When Fears Loom Large And Immense

When fears loom large and immense
Make me feel small and intense
Make me feel little, not important at all

And then suddenly I feel tall.

I can speak to the clouds.
Make this darkness dissolve.

The fears that, imagined and real
Made my heart, stricken, slow down.

The day, heavy, dragged on;
Until I woke with sundown’s glow.
